Service descriptions are general summaries. Freight commitments, rates, and operating details are confirmed through direct communication with MNS1 Express.

Employee operational text messaging program

MNS1 Express offers a low-volume, person-to-person SMS and MMS program for active MNS1 Express employee drivers who consent to receive work-related messages from individually assigned MNS1 Express business telephone numbers.

Messages may include dispatch and load coordination, pickup and delivery status, appointment or schedule changes, safety information, and operational support. MNS1 Express does not use this program for marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated outbound messages. Message frequency varies based on active loads and work events.

MNS1 Express does not charge for this program, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Consent is not a condition of employment. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After the opt-out confirmation, no further program messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or call 630-246-3280. Drivers who opt out can continue work-related communication with dispatch by telephone.
